Congress Organizing Committee of 2009

During each Congress a Local Committee responsible for the organization of the Congress has to be chosen. The COC organizes the General Meetings, prepares the Congress Guide, prepares and distributes the Congress Report within three months of the conclusion of the Congress. It sends all records of the Congress to the International Bureau.

The backup-COC has the responsibility to organize the congress in case the COC fails.
