Faro
-
LC Faro is made of a group of students from the University of Algarve, namely from the Computer Science Engineering degree and the Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering Integrated Masters degree, with active interests on the electronics and computer science area. It is based on NEI UAlg (Electronic and Computer Science Student Association from University of Algarve) that is itself an Independent Section of University of Algarve’s Academic Association (AAUAlg).
On March 2007, during the XXIst EESTEC Congress that took place in Budapest the then Observer LC Faro was approved in a surprisingly positive poll, having in consideration the young route on EESTEC. With its position strongly enforced, LC Faro started planing a future which we hope will benefit it's members, the University of Algarve and EESTEC itself.

Lisbon
-
Observer LC Lisbon "project" was born when EESTEC International contacted us (2006). We have organized a Workshop - PowerYourFuture 2007 - with JLC Faro, so the event was half in Lisbon, half in Faro and was about renewable energies. We've participated in two events, one of them the Budapest congress (2006). Our website is http://eestec.neecist.org there you will be able to check for upcoming events and photos of past events.

Sarajevo
-
The idea about EESTEC in Sarajevo was born in June 2006. On his own initiative and with a support of IEEE Student Branch Sarajevo, our colleague Faris Nizamić has visited the event organised by local Committee Belgrade. On his return to Sarajevo he was completely under impressions of EESTEC spirit. Then he addresses to his colleagues who had been interested in student activities and with them he started developing present JLC Sarajevo. First members of our local committee were people who also showed the most interest and gave a lot of their time and effort to EESTEC. In very short period of time JLC Sarajevo has a support of the Dean, Faculty Management and many important professors.
